Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MMRCL) is a government-owned organization established to implement and operate the metro rail system in Mumbai, Maharashtra. MMRCL is responsible for developing, constructing, and managing metro lines to improve the city’s public transportation infrastructure. The corporation is instrumental in executing the Mumbai Metro project, which aims to reduce traffic congestion, provide an efficient mass rapid transit system, and improve connectivity across various parts of the city.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates applying for the advertised positions will undergo the following selection process:

1. Personal Interview:

• All eligible candidates will be called for a Personal Interview.
• Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MMRCL) reserves the right to shortlist candidates for the interview based on their eligibility and relevant experience in the specified field.

2. Shortlisting Process:

• The shortlisting of candidates for the interview will be conducted based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the post.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to submit additional documents as requested by the scrutiny committee to validate their credentials.

3. Discretionary Selection Criteria:

• The Selection Committee holds the discretion to relax the selection criteria for candidates with an exceptional background or experience.
• This flexibility allows the committee to consider deserving candidates with a strong professional profile, even if they do not meet all the prescribed eligibility criteria.

Surety Bond:

The candidates selected for the above posts will have to execute a surety bond of stipulated amount as mentioned below as per MMRCL Surety & Training Cost Recovery Bond Policy.

Note – MMRCL Surety & Training Cost Recovery Bond Policy is not applicable in case of appointment on deputation basis.

Reservations / Relaxations / Concessions:

In accordance with the Government of India guidelines, the following reservations, relaxations, and concessions will be provided to eligible candidates:

1. Scheduled Castes (SCs)
2. Scheduled Tribes (STs)
3. Other Backward Classes (OBC – Non-Creamy Layer)
4. Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
5. Ex-Servicemen

These benefits will be applicable based on the latest policies issued by the government from time to time.

How to Apply:

Application Process for MMRCL Recruitment (Advertisement 2024-03)

i. Online Application:

• Mode of Application: Candidates must apply online only through the official MMRCL website: www.mmrcl.com.
• Go to the website > Careers > MMRCL Recruitment Advertisement 2024-03.
• No other modes of application will be accepted.

ii. Personal E-mail ID & Mobile Number:

• Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have a valid personal E-mail ID and Mobile Number.
• This information should remain active throughout the recruitment process.
• All intimations related to the personal interview and other recruitment stages will be sent through the registered E-mail ID.

iii. Online Registration Period:

• The registration will be active from:

• End Date: 12th October 2024 (23:59 Hrs)

iv. Application Form:

v. Required Documents:

vi. Nature of Application:

• Forwarding Application:
