NCC Limited, a leading construction company, is seeking to recruit personnel for the positions of Dy. Manager (QS) / Assistant Engineer (QS) for Substation cum Transmission Line KPTCL – Kada Kola Project works in Karnataka, near Mysore (Kada kola) location.

Position: Dy. Manager (QS) / Assistant Engineer (QS)

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 4-10 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

• Reporting to the Project Manager (PM) and overall responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Studying project requirements, scope, deliverables, and activities, and preparing required resources.
• Updating periodical progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and sending them through PM to customer representatives as per the contract.
• Synchronizing the activities of all departments to achieve the planned cycle times.
• Highlighting gaps, discussing with the team for necessary actions to recover schedule, including constraints and troubleshooting.
• Coordinating with Regional & Head office for arranging required materials & resources on time.
• Preparing other resource schedules as required.
• Reconciliation of materials, payments invoice/bills.
• Preparing productivity reports and improving the same.
• Raising invoicing on customers as per contract on time.
• Preparation of work orders & amendments for subcontract works.
• Preparation of monthly bills of subcontractors.
• Periodic reconciliation of customers billing vs. subcontractor billing.
