- Experience: 8–10 years
- Education: DCE / BE Civil
- Must Have: Experience in Residential Projects

2. Junior Engineer – Contracts

3. Officer / Executive – Labour Resources Department (LRD)

- Location: HO Pune (with frequent site visits)
- Experience: 3–5 years
- Education: Any Graduate / Civil background preferred
- Must Have: Strong field coordination and planning skills

4. Senior Engineer – Contracts
- Openings: 03
- Locations: Ratnagiri, Munger (Bihar), Mumbai
- Experience: 7–10 years
- Education: Diploma (Civil) / BE Civil
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full contract lifecycle
- Finalize rates and prepare work orders
- Conduct market surveys and rate analysis
- Float inquiries, evaluate quotations
- Ensure contractor mobilization and site setup
- Support junior engineers and site teams
- Prepare DPRs, DLRs, and monthly reports
- Evaluate new materials and coordinate client approvals

Open Positions – Labour Resources Department (PAN India Projects)
5. Officer / Executive – Labour Resources Department

- Experience: 3–4 years (relevant experience mandatory)
- Education: DCE / Any Graduate
- Deployment: PAN India (as per project requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain labour resource database
- Plan and mobilize subcontractors
- Handle onboarding, compliance, and feedback
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain resource pool
