Commercial cum Billing Engineer (Civil)
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in civil construction and billing roles.
- Skills:
- Preparing Subcontractor Running Account (R/A) Bills.
- Proficiency in drawing analysis and interpretation.
- Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for client billing.
- Quantity surveying and preparing Work Done Adjustment Statements (WDAS).
- Creating commercial reports for construction sites.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills.
