1. Assistant Manager – Sub Contract
- Experience: 5–8 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Civil
- Location: HO, Raipur
- Nature of Project: National Highway
- Responsibilities: Implement and ensure all agreements are reviewed and handled as per project contract management process
2. AGM / DGM – Tender & Bidding
- Experience: 10–15 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Civil
- Location: HO, Raipur
- Nature of Project: National Highway
- Desirable: Knowledge of tendering, estimation, and project costing
3. Executive / Asst. Manager (MIS) – Plant & Equipment
- Experience: 4–8 years
- Qualification: B.Sc / B.Com / B.Tech / Diploma
- Location: HO, Raipur
- Nature of Project: National Highway
- Desirable: Strong command on report review and management presentation
4. AGM / Sr. Manager – Planning & Monitoring
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Civil
- Locations: HO, Raipur / Kuru Site, Ranchi
- Nature of Project: National Highway
- Responsibilities: Developing, monitoring, and executing project plans, managing scope, budget, resources, risks, and coordinating teams and stakeholders
5. DPM – Structure
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Civil
- Location: Kuru Site, Ranchi
- Nature of Project: National Highway
- Responsibilities: Supporting Project Manager in delivering highway projects on time and within budget
6. DPM – Highway
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Civil
- Location: Kuru Site, Ranchi
- Nature of Project: National Highway
- Responsibilities: Support project delivery and execution
7. AGM/Sr. Manager – Planning & Monitoring
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.TECH-Civil/Diploma – Civil
- Location: Kuru Site (Ranchi, Jharkhand)
- Nature of Project: National Highway
- Responsibilities: Developing, monitoring, and executing project plans for highway construction and maintenance.
8. Manager / Sr. Manager – Survey
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Civil
- Location: Kuru Site, Ranchi
- Nature of Project: Highway Project
- Responsibilities: Responsible for managing all surveying aspects, including feildwork, data collection analysis and reporting to ensure the accuracyand completion of surveys for the project.
9. Manager / Sr. Manager – Quality Control
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Civil
- Location: Kuru Site, Ranchi
- Nature of Project: Highway Project
- Responsibilities: focus on material testing, quality control, and adherence to project specifications
