Position Details:

• BIM Modeler (Electrical) – 2 positions
• BIM Modeler (Mechanical) – 2 positions

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar role
• Proven experience in GCC projects is essential

Skills Required:

Proficiency in BIM software, including:

• Autodesk Revit
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks Manage
• Revizto
• BIM360 and ACC

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM models for MEP services from the design stage (LOD 300) to the as-built stage (LOD 500)
• Coordinate across MEP services for accurate integration
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and LOD requirements
• Generate mechanical layouts, sections, elevations, and details
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks/Revizto
• Maintain project documentation and extract BOQs from Revit files
• Identify and report potential project issues to BIM Leads
