Raj Corporation Ltd Walk-In Interview

1. Position : Quantity Surveyor (QS)

• Openings: 04 No’s
• Location: Project Sites

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5 to 12 years of experience as QS in large road infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and billing software.
• Familiarity with MORTH and IRC specifications.
• Exposure to SAP or equivalent ERP platforms will be preferred.

Role Summary: Responsible for quality estimation, rate analysis, cost control, and verification of quantities for execution and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings.
2. Conduct rate analysis and support procurement.
3. Validate measurements for client and Sub-contractor billing.
4. Maintain updated BOQ and track variations.
5. Assist in claims preparation and dispute resolution.
6. Prepare reconciliations of materials and quantities.

2. Position: Manager – Bids & Tenders

• Opening: 01 No
• Location: Corporate/Regional Office

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or MBA (preferred)
• Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in bidding / tendering for NHAI/state Highway Projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPC & HAM tender processes and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Role Summary: Responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process for road projects in EPC and HAM modes, including tender evaluation, documentation, and submission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify new tender opportunities in highways and expressways.
2. Prepare pre-bid queries and coordinate clarifications.
3. Develop technical and commercial proposals as per RFP/RFQ requirements.
4. Coordinate with design, estimation, legal,and finance teams.
5. Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete compliance.
6. Support negotiations and contract finalization.
