Job Details:

• Position: Mess Supervisor
• Location: Khanvel, Silvassa, DNH
• Experience: 3-5 years
• Salary: As per industry standards (No bar for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Day-to-Day Activities: Oversee daily operations in the mess, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Ensure Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and kitchen.
• Timely Preparation and Dispatch: Ensure food is prepared and served on time and manage dispatch activities efficiently.
• Record Maintenance: Keep records of daily meals served/dispatched and other necessary documentation.
• Food Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of food being prepared and served.
• Customer Satisfaction: Collect and manage customer feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Basic Computer Knowledge: Utilize basic computer skills for record-keeping and coordination.
• Staff Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain grooming and hygiene standards for mess staff.
