1. Resident Engineer

• Experience: 10–20 Years
• Role: Lead the site supervision team; ensure project execution adheres to design, quality, and safety standards.

2. Civil Engineer

• Experience: 7–10 Years
• Role: Supervise civil works including earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and utilities.

3. Material Engineer

• Experience: 7–10 Years
• Role: Manage materials testing, approvals, and compliance with specifications.

4. Utilities Engineer

• Experience: 7–10 Years
• Role: Supervise and coordinate utility works including water, sewerage, telecom, and electrical.

5. Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Experience: 10–15 Years
• Role: Manage cost estimation, BOQs, variations, and final accounts for infrastructure projects.

6. Material Inspector

• Experience: Minimum 7 Years
• Role: Conduct material inspections, testing, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

7. Civil Inspector
