1. Construction Manager – 10 Positions
- Ref No: SP01
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Civil
- Experience: 20–25 years (Minimum 10 years Gulf experience)
- Expertise in Villas, Hospitals, Multi-Storey/High-Rise buildings with high finishing
- Must understand full project life cycle and modern construction practices
2. Planning Engineer – 8 Positions
- Ref No: SP03
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Civil/NICMAR
- Experience: 6–9 years (Minimum 3 years Gulf experience)
- Must be proficient in Primavera P6
3. Quantity Surveyor – 10 Positions
- Ref No: SP03
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Civil/NICMAR
- Experience: 8–12 years (Minimum 5 years Gulf experience)
- Experience in cost estimation and quantity take-offs for villas and high-rise buildings
4. Architect – 5 Positions
- Ref No: SP05
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Architecture
- Experience: 10–15 years (Minimum 5 years Gulf experience)
- Skilled in multi-disciplinary design with large-scale project experience
5. Draughtsman – 20 Positions

- Qualification: Diploma – Civil/Architecture
- Experience: 5–10 years
- Experience in producing construction drawings for high-rise and villa projects
6. Sr. Store Officer – 6 Positions
