| Draughtsman – Structural & Architectural | 10–15 Years | Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred |
| Structural Engineer (Design) | 7–10 Years | Postgraduate in Structures with a Design Background |
| Architect (Fit-Out) | 10–12 Years | B.Arch with experience in Fit-Out/Interior Design |
| Storekeeper | 5–10 Years | Diploma graduates preferred |
🎯 Key Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Full-time Degree).
- Experience: Mandatory GCC experience in high-rise buildings and villa projects.
