- Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5 to 12 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Experience in Electrical works, HVAC, PHE, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and BMS
- Project execution and coordination of MEP services for high-rise or industrial buildings
- Vendor coordination, quality assurance, and service integration
2. LEED Officer / Sustainability Coordinator
- Qualification: Graduate in Environmental Engineering
- Certifications: LEED AP (Accredited Professional) certification mandatory
- Experience: 2 to 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in LEED project management or sustainability consulting
- Coordinate sustainability initiatives for large-scale building projects
- Ensure compliance with green building standards and certifications
