Open Position:

Engineer / Senior Engineer – Contracts Administration

📍 Location: Mumbai Head Office

Qualifications:

• B.Tech Civil / Certified Law / PG in Contracts Management

Experience:

• 2 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Salient Features & Contract Appreciation Documents (CAD)
• Manage Pre-Tender Planning (PTP), Pre-Tender Review (PTR), and Risk Assessment Reports
• Ensure timely submission of Bank Guarantees, Insurance Policies (CAR, PMV, WC), etc.
• Maintain records of contractual correspondences, variations, delays, extra items, and payments
• Assist in EOT applications, compensation claims, and arbitration/litigation matters
• Coordinate with site teams and HO-Contracts for project closure
• Prepare and submit MIS Reports, Claim Reports, Dispute Reports, Risk Registers & RACSI Reports
