Role Overview
Shivalaya Construction is urgently seeking a QS Billing & Planning Manager with a strong background in highways and road construction. We are looking for professionals with expertise in cost estimation, scope changes, GST claims, contractor/client billing, planning, and project monitoring.

Position: QS Billing & Planning Manager
- Location: PAN India (Highway Projects)
- Industry: Engineering & Construction (preferably Highways/Road Construction)
Requirements
- Experience: 10 to 15 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Preferred: Immediate joiners
Key Skills
- Proficiency in cost estimation and scope changes
- Experience with GST claims and billing processes
- Strong planning and project monitoring abilities
