Role Description:
Shivalaya Construction is seeking an experienced AGM QS Billing Manager with expertise in cost estimation, billing, and project cost management for highway projects. The candidate will play a key role in quantity surveying, contractor/client billing, cost efficiency, and financial monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quantity surveying, billing, and cost management for highway projects.
- Prepare and review project estimates, analyze costs, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage subcontractor payments and monitor project budgets.
- Develop BOQs, contractor/client billing, and ensure compliance with cost estimations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 15–20 years of experience in highway/road project billing and client billing.
- Strong skills in quantity surveying, billing, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
