1. Land Buyer

• Location: Head Office
• Experience: 2–5 years in land acquisition, real estate, or property development (preferred)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• Requirements: Strong knowledge of private land acquisition processes OR Understanding of real estate laws, land use regulations, and entitlement processes
• Preference: Immediate joiners

2. Store Keeper – OHE Project

• Location: Daspalla, Purnakatak
• Experience: 2–3 years in CHE store or railway project
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Key Responsibilities: Inventory management and material records for OHE (Overhead Equipment) OR Knowledge of railway/OHE project operations preferred
• Preference: Immediate joiners

3. Payroll Executive

• Location: Head Office
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in payroll processing
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Requirements: Good knowledge of ERP systems and payroll compliance
• Preference: Immediate joiners
