Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5-10 years with construction machinery (hands-on technical expertise)
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of earthmoving equipment
- Problem-solving for field breakdowns
- Team coordination & reporting
