- Engineers: B.E./Diploma (Civil) with industrial project exposure and 3+ years’ experience
- Safety Officers: ADIS/NEBOSH certified with 3+ years’ building construction project experience
- Foremen: Skilled in Steel & Shuttering with 5+ years’ trade experience
