• Job Location: Mumbai / Pune
• Qualification: B.E Civil
• Experience Required: 7-10 years

Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge of MSP (Microsoft Project)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Competence in AutoCAD

Job Description:

• Preparation of Site Logistic Plan and Master Project Schedule
• Cash flow management
• Resource Planning for manpower, materials, and machinery
• Preparing MIS Reports and conducting Delay Analysis
• Maintaining a Hindrance Register
• Preparation of Project Salient Features and mobilization plan
• Preparation and tracking of Material Procurement Schedule
• Schedule tracking through biweekly/monthly project schedule updates
• Preparation of catch-up plans
• Attending meetings and preparing MOM (Minutes of Meeting) with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparation of Project Closure Reports
