Job Details:

• Position: Senior Engineer – Contract Management
• Location: Pune
• Work Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.E in Civil Engineering

Job Description:

• Conduct a detailed study of the contract documents.
• Prepare pre-tender reports.
• Ensure efficient contract compliance and administration.
• Manage claims, including identification of potential claim events and timely notices.
• Develop strategic case submissions for claims, including extensions of time and changes of scope, and follow up until realization.
• Prepare delay analysis and impacted schedules.
• Maintain various EOT and cost claim management information formats.
• Coordinate with and guide the site team to adhere to contractual obligations and identify new claims.
• Settle disputes with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Review and analyze risk factors and implement mitigation actions.
• Formulate and implement communication/project procedures.
• Maintain all contract documents from award to close-out.
