Location: UAE (Dubai-based projects and corporate office)
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Industry: Construction – High-Rise, Villas, MEP, Façade
Open Position:
1. Deputy Planning Manager / Planning Manager (Civil / MEP / Façade)
- Experience: 15 to 20 years
Expertise Required:
- Must have handled high-rise buildings (over 1 million sq. ft.) and villa projects
- Minimum 2 complete project life cycles (inception to handover)
- Recent contractor-side experience is mandatory
- GCC experience is preferred
- Team leadership: Led teams of 4+ planners
2. Senior Planning Engineer (Civil / MEP / Façade)
- Experience: 8 to 13 years
- Project Type: High-rise buildings and villa developments
3. Planning Engineer (Civil / MEP / Façade)
- Experience: 5 to 7 years
- Project Type: High-rise buildings and villa developments
4. MIS Engineer / Power BI Analyst
- Experience: 3 to 4 years
Key Skills:
- Power BI dashboard development
- Prior experience in the construction industry mandatory
- Exposure to working in a corporate office is preferred
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
