1. Quality Assurance – Manager

Area of Expertise:

• Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) & Process Capability
• PFMEA & Control Plan
• Problem Solving (8D, A3, RCA)
• Customer Complaint Management

Experience:

• 10+ years in Quality Management
• Worked in manufacturing companies
• Certified in Green/Black Belt (Preferred)

2. Quality Assurance – Engineer/Sr. Engineer

Area of Expertise:

• Control Chart Analysis
• Process Capability Studies
• Defect Analysis & Detection
• Problem Solving (8D, A3, RCA)

Experience:

• 3–7 years in Process/Product Quality
• Worked in manufacturing companies
• Certified in Yellow/Green/Black Belt (Preferred)

3. Supplier Quality – Engineer/Sr. Engineer

Area of Expertise:

• Supplier Audits & Evaluation
• Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
• Supplier Defect Analysis & RCA (8D, A3, RCA)
• Supplier Quality Improvement Plans

Experience:

• 3–7 years in Supplier Quality/Incoming Quality
• Worked in manufacturing companies
