1. Assistant Manager – Tendering & Costing (Civil)

  • Education Qualification: B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Tracking tenders and business opportunities in the civil construction industry.
  • Conducting preliminary feasibility analysis of tenders.
  • Site visits across India to assess local conditions and rates.
  • Preparing and developing BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
  • Performing rate analysis, costing, and estimation.
  • Preparing technical documents for tendering and supporting the documentation process.
  • Providing post-tender guidance to execution teams across India.
  • Hands-on experience in tendering, estimation, and business development.
  • Strong techno-commercial capabilities.
  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, MS Excel, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business development, tendering, and site execution support.

2. Assistant / Deputy Manager / Manager – Procurement

  • Education Qualification: B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: 3+ years
  • Managing procurement activities for Substations, Transmission Lines, and Railway Electrification Projects.
  • Leading procurement budget preparation and expense monitoring.
  • Establishing procurement policies and ensuring SOP adherence.
  • Leading rate contract negotiations and vendor agreements.
  • Forecasting price trends and analyzing future impact.
  • Developing and implementing an organization-wide purchasing strategy.
  • Evaluating vendors based on quality, timeliness, and pricing.
  • Coordinating inventory monitoring and supply needs.
  • Identifying and onboarding new suppliers.
  • Ensuring timely flow of information and updating job charters for the team.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics.
  • Knowledge of contract laws, negotiation, and risk assessment.
  • Ability to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong sourcing and procurement strategy development skills.
  • Risk assessment and dispute resolution expertise.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across departments (Finance, Operations, Legal, etc.).
