Open Positions
1. Machine Operator – Long Bed Lathe/Turn Mill Machines
- Experienced CNC operators in 3/4/5/7-axis machining and mill-turn machines, like CTX 1250 Beta, GD&T, G-Code, M-code
- Problem solving & analytical skills, reading & interpreting technical drawings, understanding of machine kinematics; familiarity with cutting tools, holders, and machine calibration
2. Machine Operator – Deep Hole Boring/Bottle Boring
- Experienced machine operator with knowledge on operating deep-hole boring machines
- Experienced in long cylinders/ shafts
- Proficiency with measuring instruments, selecting tooling, GD&T, resolving machining problems, inspecting parts, maintaining records, collaborating with teams
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and technical drawing reading
- CNC programming skills are a plus
3. Machine Operator – Gear Hobbing
- Experienced machine operator with knowledge on gear hobbing or other related operations
- Proficient in machine setups, knowledge of select tooling, and GD&T
- Capable of resolving machining problems, inspecting parts, maintaining records
- Collaborate with teams and implement process improvements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
4. Machine Operator – Grinding
- Experienced machine operator with knowledge on grinding long cylinders/shafts
- Strong understanding of grinding techniques, wheel dressing, and interpreting technical drawings
- Capable of selecting appropriate grinding wheels and monitoring grinding processes
- Perform precise measurements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records
- Experience with CNC grinding machines is preferred
5. Machine Operator – Balancing & Milling
- Experienced machine operator with knowledge of balancing & CNC milling machines
- Ability to interpret drawings, select tooling parameters, and experience with long cylinders/shafts
- Proficiency in measuring instruments, monitoring processes, performing measurements, troubleshooting, and maintaining records
