Positions:
1. Tool Designer – Sheet Metal & Machining
- Qualification: Diploma/BE/BTech
- Experience: Diploma – 5 to 10 Years; BE/BTech – 2 to 10 Years
- Description: Experience on creating conceptual tool designs for sheet and machine shop parts using CATIA, knowledge in aerospace material, GD&T, fits and tolerances, manufacturing process.
2. CNC Programmer
- Qualification: Diploma/BE/BTech
- Experience: Diploma – 5 to 10 Years; BE/BTech – 2 to 10 Years
- Description: Experience on NC programming in Catia, NX, Vericut, process sheet creation, raw material estimation, turning programming and mill turn exposure, aerospace material, GD&T.
3. Process/Methods/Manufacturing Engineer – Sheet Metal & Machining
- Qualification: Diploma/BE/BTech
- Experience: Diploma – 5 to 10 Years; BE/BTech – 2 to 10 Years
- Description: Experience on process sheet creation, raw material estimation, APQP document creation, knowledge on cutting tools & parameters, 3/4/5 axis machining, preparation of make or buy, cost estimation for the RFQ parts.
4. Quality Engineer (QA/QC)
- Qualification: BE/BTech – Mech, Polymer, Chemical, Aeronautical & Aerospace
- Experience: 2 to 6 Years
- Description: Knowledge in aerospace manufacturing, handling instruments & inspection methods for receiving, inprocess & final inspections, implementing and maintaining the quality management system in accordance with AS9100 & AS9102 requirements.
5. CMM Operator
- Qualification: Diploma
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years
- Description: Good knowledge of CMM programming with PCDMIS and Calypso software (Hexagon & Zeiss), programming CMM based on MBD model, drawing, ensure performing all types of inspection (incoming, inprocess, final).
6. Production Engineer/Sr Engineer/Asst. Manager (Sheet Metal)
- Qualification: Diploma/BE/BTech
- Experience: Diploma – 10 to 15 Years; BE/BTech – 4 to 12 Years
- Description: Good knowledge in cutting, bending, rolling, forming, and stamping in sheet metal (aluminum, steel & titanium sheets material), hands-on experience in various types forming equipment & machinery and understanding of machine controls, instrumentation & troubleshooting.
7. Lead Engineer (Chemical Processing & Paint)
- Qualification: BE/BTech/BSc/MSc/MTech
- Experience: 2 to 10 Years
- Description: Strong knowledge and good understanding of chemical process such as surface treatment, heat treatment, welding & electroplating, spearheading special process department establishing new processes, facilities & making procedures, process control plans on regular basis based on new projects.
8. Production Shift Incharge (Machine Shop)
- Qualification: Diploma/BE/BTech
- Experience: Diploma – 5 to 10 Years; BE/BTech – 4 to 12 Years
- Description: Hands-on expertise in CNC, VMC & HMC machine shop production, strong knowledge of NC programming, jig & fixtures, OEE, loss analysis & improvement, responsible for the production plan vs actual, resource management, scheduled maintenance, etc.
