Available Positions:
1. Lead – Toolroom Machine Shop
- Experience: 18 to 25 years
- Expertise: Expertise in – Tool room machine shop hands on experience (High end CNC Machines – VMCS, EDM, WEDM and conventional machines). UG NX, CAM, manpower handling, Efficiency rate, 5S, Consumables cost effectiveness.
2. Lead – CNC Operations
- Experience: 12 to 18 years
- Expertise: Expertise in – Knowledge of Plastic Molds, Fixtures and Gauges. Handson experience in CAM programming, Molds elements manufacturing, machines utilization, Cutters selection and control.
3. CAM In Charge
- Experience: 10 to 15 years
- Expertise: Expertise in – UGNX, cutter selection, Types of cutting path, Post processor, Electrodes 3D model generation, Core cavity Insert machining optimization, CAM.
4. Toolroom CNC Shift Lead
- Experience: 7 to 10 years
- Expertise: Expertise in – Knowledge in VMC programming, Plastic Mold, Manpower handling, Meeting the goals like Capacity vs Utilization, Efficiency, etc., Shift In charge.
Qualification:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Tool and Die Making, NTTF, CITD, CIPET, or GTTC.
Location: Hosur
