Job Details:
Position: Transmission Line Tower Design and Engineering Manager
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of total experience in Transmission Line design is mandatory.
- Location: Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Hyderabad
- Joining: Early joining will be expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed design, review, and analysis of 400 kV & 765 kV towers using PLS Tower & I Tower.
- Optimize tower weights/volumes during the tender/order stage.
- Preparation of sag tension and design calculations of towers using various software (PLS CADD, MS Excel).
- Design and review tower foundations.
- Create single line diagrams and foundation drawings for transmission towers in AutoCAD.
- Prepare schedules of tower weights and foundation volumes.
- Draft tender submissions and design document submissions for projects.
- Conduct tower testing, prepare test data sheets, and handle customer queries.
- Interact with clients for approvals during the bidding and execution stages.
