Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (Only Pass-Outs Eligible, Passing Year 2021 or Later):
Diploma in:
- Mechanical
- Production
- Electrical
- Electronics
- IT
- Metallurgy
ITI in:
- Fitter
- Mechanical
- Electrician
- Electronic Mechanic
- Welder
- Machinist
- BBA / BCA graduates
Age Limit: Born between 1 June 2000 and 1 June 2007 (both dates inclusive)
Domicile Requirement: Resident of Jharkhand
Other Requirements:
- Candidates must not have done or be doing apprenticeship elsewhere.
- Must have an Aadhaar-linked bank account.
- Must have a PAN card linked to Aadhaar.
Training Details
- Duration: 1 Year (On-the-job training)
- Location: Tata Steel Wires & Tinplate Division, Jamshedpur
- Stipend: As per Apprenticeship Act (shared by Tata Steel & Govt. via NATS/NAPS)
- Registration: ITI candidates on NAPS Portal OR Diploma candidates on NATS 2.0 Portal
Note: No hostel/accommodation will be provided. Candidates must arrange their own stay.

- Written Test (Online) Conducted at Jamshedpur centers OR Bring your own device (mobile/laptop/tablet) with internet access
- Document Scrutiny
- Medical Examination
