Educational Qualification:

• Full-time Diploma (3 years) in: Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Production, Metallurgical, or Power Engineering.
• BOE certification required for Power Plant Operation roles.
• Diploma holders from R D Tata Technical Education Centre (Gopalpur) and Tata Steel Technical Institute (Burmamines) are eligible.
• Note: Part-time, correspondence, or distance learning qualifications are not accepted.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Steel & Sponge Iron Plant as of 1st November 2024.

Marks Requirement:

• General Candidates: Minimum 55% aggregate in Diploma.
• Female/SC/ST/Transgender/PwD Candidates: Minimum 50% aggregate in Diploma.

Age Limit:

• General Candidates: Born on or after 1st November 1992.
• Female/SC/ST/Transgender/PwD Candidates: Born on or after 1st November 1989.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: Starting at ₹10,500 per month.
• CTC: ₹4.44 LPA for the Senior O&M Associate I, GH-D1 grade.
• Additional Benefits: Extra compensation for candidates with over 4 years of experience.

Domicile Requirement

• Candidates must be residents of Jharkhand.

Selection Procedure

1. Written Test and Interview (each stage is eliminatory).
2. NOC required for candidates currently employed in Tata Group companies.
3. Medical fitness and background verification are mandatory.
4. No reimbursement for interview travel expenses.
