- Experience: 8+ years in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, budgeting, and ERP systems
- Requirement: High-rise residential project experience is mandatory
- Location: Pune
4. Site Supervisor
- Experience: 5+ years in real estate execution and labor management
- Location: Pune
5. Architect
- Experience: 7–8+ years in high-rise residential design, layout planning, and coordination
- Tools: AutoCAD and other architectural design software

6. Safety Officer
- Experience: 4+ years in construction safety protocols and documentation
