1. Sr. Construction Manager
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / M.Tech Civil
- Experience: 15+ years
- Background: PMC or contracting firm experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Large-scale project management & site leadership
- Strategic planning & monitoring
- Stakeholder management, risk assessment, cost planning & control
2. Project Manager
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / M.Tech Civil
- Experience: 10+ years
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management (construction, design, cost, planning & procurement, quality)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, MSP
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
3. Project Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma Civil
- Experience: 3–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in shell & core, finishes, MEPF execution
- Knowledge of civil finishing & interior works (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MSP
