Job Details:

• Position: Executive | Legal
• Job Location: Daman (UT)
• Education: LLB/LLM
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Coordination: Work with other sections/departments of the company to collect information related to legal cases.
2. Court Visits: Attend respective courts as required for case matters.
3. Legal Handling: Manage matters related to courts and other relevant authorities, including briefing the appointed advocate and vetting replies prepared by the advocate.
4. Police Station Visits: Handle FIR and other work-related matters at police stations.
5. Document Preparation: Prepare and scrutinize FIR-related documents.
6. Court Filings: Prepare (draft through advocate), reply/applications on time, and file in court to avoid adverse orders/actions.
7. Drafting: Draft various agreements, notices, and replies to legal cases and notices.

Eligibility:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Cleared 10th and 12th with first class in the first attempt.
  • Graduation with a minimum of first class and no academic gap (maximum 2 backlogs).
  • Post-Graduation/Masters with a minimum of first class (maximum 2 backlogs).
