1. Plant cum Operations Officer
- Minimum 10 years of experience in RMC plant operations and team management.
2. Quality Control (QC) Officer
- 10 years of experience in concrete mix design, testing, and quality assurance.
3. Sales Officer
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in RMC or construction industries.
4. Application Engineer
- Hands-on experience in site technical support and concrete-related troubleshooting.
5. Field Technician
- Responsible for site testing, cube casting, and coordination with project teams.
6. Admin Officer
- Experience in general administration, HR support, and compliance.
7. HR Executive
- Responsible for recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee engagement.
8. Accounts Executive
- Experienced in billing, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting.
Salary: Best in industry, based on experience and role.
