Job Details:
Role: Manager / Sr. Manager – Planning
- Location: Delhi-NCR
- Experience Required: 15–20 years in high-rise building projects
- Educational Qualification: Degree from NICMAR / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering (Regular course only)
Key Attributes & Skills:
- Experience in planning, billing, budgets, variations, and time extension
- Proficient in Primavera P6/P7, MS Project, SAP, MS Excel
- Hands-on knowledge of IS Codes, client and contractor billing
- Strong technical, multitasking, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and logical thinking
- Strong team collaboration and leadership capabilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Control and manage project activities through the entire project cycle
- Prepare flowcharts, checklists, and monitor quality parameters
- Integrate quality checks with billing and MIS systems
- Review project progress: materials, drawings, and site work
- Collaborate with engineering consultants, vendors, and clients for specification finalization
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for planning and site operations
- Prepare and manage project MIS reports
