Position Details

• Role: Manager/Deputy Manager – HSE
• Location: Delhi/NCR
• Number of Positions: 3
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years (must have experience in building projects)
• Education: B.Tech/B.E. with additional qualifications in ADIS, NEBOSH, and other safety courses

Job Responsibilities

1. Policy Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, rules, and contractual obligations.
2. Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at project sites and labor camps.
3. Training & Drills: Organize safety training sessions and drills for project personnel to increase awareness and readiness.
4. Accident Prevention: Focus on reducing accidents on-site through proactive measures and strategies.
5. MIS Reporting: Create and share detailed MIS reports on safety metrics, such as accident-free man-hours, safety practices, and process improvements.

Role Purpose

To foster a robust HSE culture on project sites by implementing effective safety measures, minimizing risks, and ensuring the well-being of all personnel.
