Position Details

Role: Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Planning (Building)

Experience: 5+ Years

Education:

• NICMAR
• B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Skills & Attributes Required

• Proficiency in Primavera P6/P7, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Expertise in planning, budgets, variations, and time extension management.
• Technical strength and multitasking capability.
• Excellent soft skills: interpersonal, communication, analytical abilities, and logical thinking.
• Team spirit with a collaborative approach.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Management:
   • Control project activities and manage project management cycles effectively.
2. Monitoring & Coordination:
   • Prepare flowcharts, and checklists for various site activities across disciplines.
   • Monitor quality parameters using flowchart systems integrated into billing and MIS.
   • Coordinate with senior staff to review project progress and address any issues to meet schedules.
3. Requirement Finalization:
   • Assist in finalizing requirements and specifications with engineering consultants, collaborators, external suppliers, and clients.
4. Site Coordination:
   • Plan and coordinate site activities with the Project Manager.
   • Prepare detailed MIS reports.
