Educational Qualifications:
- NICMAR
- B. Tech / BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Location:
- Tirupati
- Chennai
- Imphal
- Maldives
- Delhi NCR
Attributes / Skills Required:
- Experience with planning, budgets, variations, and time extensions.
- Technically strong with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6/P7, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Excellent soft skills, including interpersonal communication, analytical skills, and logical thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all concerned parties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Control project activities and manage the project management cycles.
- Prepare flowcharts and checklists for site activities, monitor quality parameters through flowchart monitoring systems, and integrate them into billing systems and MIS.
- Review project progress on material submittals, drawings, and site construction with senior staff, and take necessary actions to meet project schedules.
- Assist in finalizing requirements and specifications with engineering consultants, collaborators, and clients.
- Coordinate with the project manager for planning, site coordination, and MIS preparation.
Good knowledge of Building Construction & Primavera P6/P7, MSP Schedule work is must.
