Available Position:

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Procurement – Substation & Transmission)

Location: Thane – Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for substation and transmission materials (Transformers, Switchgear, Conductors, Insulators, etc.).
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
• Manage RFQs, contract negotiations, and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate seamlessly between procurement, logistics, and project teams for timely material availability.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising on quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA (Supply Chain/Procurement). B.Com graduates with relevant experience can also apply.
• Experience: 5-10 years in procurement for substation and transmission projects (EPC/Infrastructure industry preferred).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract handling skills.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and procurement software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a result-oriented approach.
