We’re Hiring for the Position of Supervisor/Site Engineer

Location: Dehradun

Note: Only local candidates are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure optimal productivity and quality.
2. Provide training and support to enhance team skills and improve performance.
3. Monitor team performance, set goals, and conduct regular evaluations.
4. Ensure full compliance with company policies and safety standards.
5. Analyze project performance and prepare detailed performance reports.
6. Resolve team issues and conflicts effectively.
7. Collaborate with team members to prepare performance reports and suggest process improvements.
8. Promote a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
2. Several years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
3. Strong understanding of industry processes and workflows.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
6. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (if applicable).
