Job Description:

• Execute Purchase Plans: Procure engineering materials, equipment, and spare parts based on plant requirements to ensure continuous plant operations.
• Vendor Management: Manage vendor development, purchase processes, and methods to optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Material Procurement and Receipt: Execute the purchase process, check purchase requisitions, negotiate with vendors, and follow up on pending purchase orders.
• Vendor Development: Register vendors, fulfill requirements, update vendor database, and place orders based on approved quotations.
• Material Inspection: Check received material for specifications and discrepancies, inform vendors about rejections, and return rejected material.
• Vendor Payments: Ensure timely vendor payments, coordinate with the accounts department, and maintain clear accounts with vendors.
