JOB VACANCY:

• STORES MANAGER

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with 7-10 years of proven expertise in the construction industry to oversee the operations of our construction materials store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of construction materials and inventory management.

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of construction materials to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure high-quality construction materials at competitive prices.
• Reconciliation of stocks with books and data entry (computer entries).
• Monthly analysis for Non-Moving goods and report accordingly.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in a managerial role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office – MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
• Any certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Proven track record of successful inventory management and procurement.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
