Aparna Constructions is seeking a Sr. Manager / AGM with 14+ years of relevant experience in managing MEP contracts for high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Job Opportunity: Sr. Manager / AGM – QS (MEP Contracts)

Location: Hyderabad @ Corporate Office

1. Expertise in MEP-Quantity Survey (QS):

• Proficient in budget workings, costing as per CPWD, rate analysis, contracts (pre & post), and procurement.

2. Project Experience:

• Hands-on experience in high-rise residential, retail, commercial fit-out, greenfield, and LEED Certified projects. Execution knowledge is an added advantage.

3. BOQ Preparation:

• Ability to prepare BOQs, BOM, rate analysis, budgets, and detailed cost plans for MEP packages.

4. Knowledge of Regulations:

• Familiarity with NBC 2016, CPWD regulations, and construction by-laws.

5. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in heat load calculations, ventilation requirements, and calculations for service areas following relevant standards.

6. Basic Design Knowledge:

• Understanding of electrical load calculations, equipment sizing, HVAC systems, MEP distribution, low voltage systems, solar power, water supply, sanitation works, drainage systems, rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment plants, landscape irrigation, fire detection and suppression systems, HSD yard, organic waste converter, gas bank, vertical transportation, and mechanical car parking.
