Position Details

1. Safety Engineer

• Location: Jodhpur Site, Rajasthan
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Building Services Works or equivalent projects.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure a safe working environment by collaborating with the Execution Team.
2. Promote a safety-first culture by addressing risks and adhering to safety protocols.
3. Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
4. Perform safety walks and inspections to identify and improve safety standards.
5. Conduct EHS inductions, training sessions, and mock drills for laborers.
6. Coordinate with Planning and Stores for procurement of PPEs and safety equipment.
7. Monitor and report near-miss incidents, accidents, and violations, while recommending preventive measures.
8. Develop and implement the Project EHS Plan, ensuring compliance with QMS/IMS audits.
9. Maintain comprehensive safety documentation and liaise with other departments for compliance.
