Position Details:

• Position: Sr. Manager/Manager (Contracts)
• Qualification: BE/B.TECH (Civil Engineering)
• Location: Delhi Corporate Office
• Experience Range: 10-12 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handle contractual matters (pre-tendering & post-tendering) and provide guidance on contractual adherence & liability to operations teams.
2. Interpret contractual clauses and ensure compliance.
3. Manage claims and related issues, including arbitration matters.
4. Coordinate with BD, Proposals & Operations staff for contract-related matters.
5. Create awareness about contractual conditions to site management, business heads & other internal stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with contractual mandatory and legal requirements.
7. Possess in-depth knowledge of MORTH, EPC, HAM, and other contractual agreements.
8. Prepare work schedules, monitor DPRs, and record reasons for shortfalls.
9. Handle routine correspondence and letters compliance as per contract provisions.
10. Review & monitor billing of clients as well as subcontractors of sites.
11. Record hindrances in the planned program to raise claims for EOT (Extension of Time).
12. Control budget/resource plans for optimization of resource utilization.
13. Prepare MPRs and ensure compliance with MPRs raised by IE/AE.
14. Prepare change of scope with technical justification.
