Open Positions:

1. Manager – Billing & Budgeting (Highway Projects)

• Location: Tiba Moga, Punjab
• Qualifications Required: B Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 12-15 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Cost Planning and Billing (Client/Sub-contractors).
• Preparing proposals for Change of Scopes/variations/additional items identified in the project.
• Timely preparation of BOQ, Estimates, and Bar Bending Schedule.
• Monthly Item/Material/Billing reconciliation.
• Preparation of Work Orders for Sub-contractors.
• Handling correspondence related to Billing/Change of Scope.
• Software Knowledge: Road Estimator / Calquon, SAP.

2. Design Engineer – Electrical (Tunnel Projects)

• Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
• Qualifications Required: B Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and engineering of electrical systems for various infrastructure projects.
• Lead the design process, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance on various electrical systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations.

3. Design Engineer – Hydro Projects (Dibang)

• Location: Dibang Valley, Arunachal Pradesh
• Qualifications Required: B Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 6-8 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain records for design and drawings.
• Follow up with consultants for design submissions.
• Work out BOQ and compare tender and design quantities.
• Ensure design submissions adhere to schedule and company standards.

4. Head – Operations (Highway Projects)

• Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
• Qualifications Required: B Tech in Civil Engineering / M Tech
• Experience: 24-27 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate project execution strategies.
• Manage contract-related matters and provide guidance on changes of scope.
• Liaison with clients, consultants, and government officials.
• Highlight potential risks and suggest mitigation plans.
• Ensure project completion and manage all necessary documentation.

5. General Manager – Bridge Design (Highways)

• Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
• Qualifications Required: B Tech in Civil Engineering / M Tech in Structural Engineering
• Experience: 18-20 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Define the scope of assignments and manage on-time execution.
• Review design progress and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders to acquire necessary approvals.
• Manage and develop team members.

6. BIM Modeller (Civil / Architectural)

• Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
• Qualifications Required: ITI / DCE / B Tech
• Experience: 3-6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop design components and maintain data in BIM models.
• Use Common Data Environment (CDE) for projects.
• Utilize Autodesk BIM tools such as Revit and Naviswork.
• Configure and run clash tests and assist BIM coordinators.
