Job Details

Area of Responsibility:

• Steam Boiler: Boiler annual inspection work, maintenance of accessories, water softeners, pressure reducing valves, steam traps.
• Chilling Plants (Water & Brine): Compressors (Kirloskar, Voltas, & Blue Star make).
• Air Compressors: Reciprocating Ingersoll Rand & Elgi make, Screw air compr Atlas Copco & Kaeser make.
• Cooling Towers: Forced Drafts (Paharpur make) & natural draft.
• Power Generators: Diesel Generators, Cummins make.
• Safety Devices: Safety relief valves, rupture discs, flame arrestors.
• Pumps Maintenance.
• Air Conditioning & Refrigeration: Water coolers, canteen equipment.
• Weighing Balances, Forklifts, and all Lifting Tools & Tackles (chain blocks, lifting slings) for their maintenance & certification etc.
• Water Management System: Cooling Tower & Boiler water treatment.
• Fire Hydrant System Pumps & Fire Trailer Pumps.
• R & D & QC Labs equipment like blower, vacuum pump, metering pump, preventive maintenance.
