• NICMAR qualification preferred

Experience:

• 4-10 years of relevant exposure (preferred in road projects)
• 10 years of experience is an added advantage

Salary:

Roles and Responsibilities-

1. Study of Contract Documents and Preparation of CAD.
2. Interpretation of Contractual Provisions.
3. Drafting of Contractual/Regular Correspondences.
4. Identification and Notifying Fo Extension of Time (EOT). Force Majeure Events and Preparation of
5. Preparation of Change of Scope Proposals (COS).
6. Document Management.
7. Risk Assessment retreated to Contract Agreement.
8. Preparation of MPRs and MIS reports.
9. Should be handy in Software knowledge like MS Excel / MS Word. 10.Knowledge of Dispute Adjudication Process (DAB/DRB/ARBITRATION).
