Job Details:

Job Responsibility:

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including deliverables, milestones, and payments.
• Review and analyze contracts to identify risks, obligations, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or breaches promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between contractual requirements and project objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters, including interpretation of contract provisions.
• Manage the Company’s legal affairs, including litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Reply to various letters of the Client constructively. Negotiate contract modifications, extensions, or amendments based on changing project needs or scope adjustments.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize adverse impacts on the project. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing railway projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including records of correspondence, amendments, and approvals.
