Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) is inviting applications for the post of Apprentice across various regions in India. The recruitment drive aims to fill positions in the Eastern, Northern, Southern Eastern, Southern, and Western Region Pipelines.
Position: Apprentice
Job Location: Across India
Stipend: As Per Govt. Norms
Total Vacancies:
- Eastern Region Pipelines: 126 Posts
- Northern Region Pipelines: 117 Posts
- Southern Eastern Region Pipelines: 60 Posts
- Southern Region Pipelines: 39 Posts
- Western Region Pipelines: 131 Posts
Qualification:
- Technician Apprentice – Electrical:
- 3 years (or two years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum one year duration/10+2) full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice – Mechanical:
- Three years (or two years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum one year duration/10+2) full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice – Telecommunication & Instrumentation:
- Three years (or two years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum one year duration/10+2) full-time Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics & Radio Communication Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Instrumentation & Process Control Engineering, Electronics Engineering.
- Trade Apprentice (Assistant – Human Resource):
- Full-Time Bachelors degree (Graduation).
- Trade Apprentice (Accountant):
- Bachelors degree (Graduation) in Commerce.
- Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices):
- Minimum 12th pass (but below graduate).
- Domestic Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders):
- Minimum 12th pass (but below Graduate).
Age Limit (as on 12 January 2024): 18 – 24 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 05 Years
- OBC-NCL: 03 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
Selection Process:
- Written Test with 100 Multiple Choice Questions.
