Position: Planning Manager

• Organization: Ashoka Buildcon Limited
• Designation: Manager – Planning
• Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Civil) / NICMAR
• Experience: 10+ years in EPC projects for Residential/ Commercial/ Hospitality/ Healthcare sectors

Job Description:

• Micro-Level Planning:
• Plan the project in coordination with the Site Team and Project Manager
• Arrange required resources in coordination with the Regional Office
• Monitor project progress on a daily basis and report accordingly
• Progress Reporting:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Productivity Monitoring:
• Monitor the productivity of labor and plant machinery
• Implement corrective actions to improve productivity
• Target Setting:
• Set monthly targets for site execution and monitor progress
• MIS Reports & CTC Projections:
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and Cost-to-Complete (CTC) projections
• Formwork Requirements:
• Calculate formwork requirements and coordinate mobilization and demobilization

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP is a must
• Proficiency in project planning and management
• Strong coordination and reporting skills
• Ability to monitor and improve productivity
• Expertise in MIS report preparation and CTC projection
